Products

The item I want is not in stock. Will it be restocked?

We are sorry that the item you are interested in is out of stock. Occasionally, depending on the style, items and sizes are restocked. We update our website every week. If you want, you can subscribe to our newsletter to receive a notification when an item is back in stock.

Can't wait? It is possible that one of our official retailers still has the item in stock. Just call us or send an email to orders@theobastore.com so we can check this for you.

What clothing size should I take?

Some of our items fit normally, while other items have a wider or narrower fit. Therefore, we recommend that you check the product page of the item you are interested in. If there is a deviation in the fit, this is stated in the description.

Can you provide more information about a specific product?

How do I take care of my items?

All items in our collections are provided with a care label. We strongly recommend that you always follow the instructions on this label. If you have additional questions or want further advice, please contact us.

Shipping

I just placed an order, is it still possible to change or cancel my order?

To process all orders quickly, we immediately send all orders to our warehouse to be picked, packed, and shipped. Once your order has been paid for and processed, it is no longer possible to change the order. If the order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it by contacting us via orders@theobastore.com (please note, it may take up to 48 hours for us to respond, so your cancellation and processing may overlap).

Once your order has been picked, it is no longer possible to cancel or change the order. Refuse the package at the door upon delivery. It will then be returned to our warehouse at our expense. Once the return shipment has been processed in our warehouse, we will process your return and refund your purchase amount.

I made a mistake with my delivery address. What can I do?

If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve this issue for you. Please note that the delivery of your package may be delayed.

To ensure fast processing, orders are sent immediately to our warehouse so they can be packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once your order has been processed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes.

What is the delivery time of my order?

We offer the following shipping schedule during non-sale periods:

Deliveries within the Netherlands:

All orders placed before 9:00 PM on working days will be shipped within the next 1 to 3 working days. We offer standard shipping to your desired address. If the order is shipped within 3 working days, delivery should take place between 1 to 3 working days after shipping.

Deliveries within Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg:

After shipping within 5 to 9 working days.

Deliveries within Europe:

After shipping within 7 to 10 working days.

Deliveries to all other countries:

After shipping within 9 to 12 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs vary per address and are calculated during checkout.

How can I return my order?

You can return your order within 7 days of receipt by sending us an email at order@theobastore.com or by going to our store at:

What are the conditions for returning?

The products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unchanged, and in the same condition as sold. Original labels must be intact and products must be returned in the original packaging.

What are the costs for returning?

The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

What should I do if I receive damaged goods?

Report any damage immediately after receipt via order@theobastore.com with a photo and description of the damage. We will arrange a refund and you can place a new order.
