At The Oba Store, you benefit from free shipping on orders over €150. Place your order on a working day before 6:00 PM? Then your package will be delivered the next working day. We provide fast and reliable service so you can quickly enjoy your new items!
Returning
Not completely satisfied with your order? No worries! At The Oba Store, you can return within 14 days. Make sure the clothing is unworn, the labels are still attached, and everything is in its original condition. In your confirmation email, you will find a link to our return portal to easily register your return.
Send an email to info@theobastore.nl to register a return. Here you will receive the steps you need to take.
Exchange
Not satisfied with the size or color? Then you can exchange the product in one of our stores.
Conditions
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
- After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
- You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs.
- Only the costs for return shipping from your home to the web store are at your own expense. These costs amount to €6.95 per package.
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.
- After receipt, we will refund the owed order amount within 14 days after your return notification, provided the product has been received back in good condition.
- If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product.
- So handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returned.
